During the high season, our resort hosts concerts and discos in the tent next to the Tavern (on a designated day of the week). If you wish to stay in a cottage located far from the Tavern and the tent, please inform us when making your reservation! Outside of the high season, organized events take place at our resort. If you wish to stay in a cottage located far from the Tavern and the tent, please inform us when making your reservation! Largo Lake Resort is located within the Wdzydze Landscape Park, which is home to various species of animals; Largo Lake Resort bears no responsibility for them! Cats are not accepted at Largo Lake Resort. Failure to comply with this rule will result in consequences! The property is monitored. The resort gate is closed. Entry to the resort grounds is only possible with a barrier card received after settling the payment for the cottage. This card must not be shared with third parties. The fee for a lost entry card is 100 PLN! Cottages are rented by hotel days. The hotel day begins at 5:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM the following day. After checking out of the cottage, you may remain on the resort grounds. *Extending the stay until 12:00 PM incurs an additional fee of 100 PLN. *Extending the stay after 12:00 PM incurs a fee equal to 100% of the cottage’s daily rate. *Extensions are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance at the reception. Reservation dates are fixed in advance. Any subsequent change to the arrival or departure date does not entitle the guest to a reduction in stay costs or any refunds. A 30% deposit of the total stay value must be paid within 3 days of making the reservation. If payment is not recorded within this period, the reservation will be cancelled. Note: The deposit is non-refundable! Remaining on the Resort grounds after 10:00 AM on the final day of stay creates the necessity for an additional daily fee and does not guarantee the possibility of extending the stay. Persons not registered at the resort may stay on its grounds from 08:00 AM to 8:00 PM! Exceptions apply for events organized by the resort. Resort guests do not have the right to sublet their reserved cottages to third parties without prior arrangement with the resort staff. Upon arrival, the person making the reservation is required to confirm their identity at the reception to complete preliminary formalities. If the deposit payment has not been confirmed, a document proving the deposit payment in the previously agreed amount must be presented. The reserved stay is available to Guests who have previously paid the deposit, confirmed its payment, and settled the remaining balance on the day of arrival during preliminary formalities. Additional fees: local tourist tax transferred to the Karsin Commune account, TV rental fee - 1 PLN per day, pet fee (dog) - 20 PLN per day, additional vehicle fee - 25 PLN per day, fireplace wood - 74 PLN per portion, bonfire spot, extending the hotel day until 12:00 PM - 100 PLN, extending after 12:00 PM - 100% of the cottage rate. All additional fees are collected on the day of arrival during preliminary formalities. The cottage price includes: parking for 1 car next to the cottage, bed linen change after a one-week stay, use of the indoor children's playroom, and access to the animation program and concerts. During the season, concerts are held in the tent next to the Tavern on a designated day. If you wish to stay in a cottage far from the Tavern and the Tent, please inform us when booking! Outside the season, we host integration groups, which may result in increased noise levels. After completing preliminary formalities at the reception, one set of keys and one entry card for one car are handed over. The Guest returning the cottage reports to the resort staff, who will check the technical condition and equipment of the rooms in the Guest's presence to ensure the cottage was used correctly. Keys are returned at this time. Any discrepancy or fault resulting from the use of the cottage must be reported immediately to the resort staff. Remarks made after the stay or on the day of departure will not be considered. In the event of damage noticed by staff after the Guest's departure, the resort has the right to charge the guest for the damage. Guests bear full responsibility for any material damage resulting from incorrect operation of facilities and items on the resort grounds or for lost items belonging to the resort. Settlement for any such damages takes place on-site during the stay, in an amount covering the cost of repairs or the purchase of the destroyed or lost item. This is based on the inventory card located in each cottage. If information is missing from the inventory card, the Resort staff will perform an individual damage assessment. When leaving the cottage, Resort Guests are required to close doors and windows every time, as the resort is not responsible for personal items or money left in the rented cottages. Quiet hours apply throughout the Resort from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Exceptions are musical or group events organized by the resort and announced in advance. Guests behaving inappropriately or vulgarly, or Guests disturbing the stay of others, as well as those using entrusted Resort property in an improper/reprehensible manner, may be removed from the Resort after a prior warning without the right to any compensation or refunds of previous fees. Resort Guests should be polite and friendly towards other Guests. Disturbing the peace of other Guests, e.g., playing loud music or inappropriate/impolite behavior, may result in the application of point 21. Accommodation will be refused to persons visibly under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, as well as to aggressive or vulgar individuals. The Resort allows visits to Guests only after prior arrangement with the Resort staff and receiving explicit consent. Resort Guests hosting third parties as their visitors bear full responsibility for them in accordance with points 18 and 21 of the regulations. The Resort is pet-friendly for dogs, provided this is reported in advance, the dog has a valid vaccination record, waste is cleaned up, and the dog is walked outside the resort grounds. Dogs must be kept on a leash and in a muzzle. Owners bear full responsibility for dogs on the resort grounds in accordance with points 13 and 14 of the regulations. The fee for a dog is 20 PLN per day. Resort Guests are required to park their vehicle in the designated spot next to the rented cottage, not on the lawns. Responsibility for vehicle(s) parked on the resort grounds lies solely with the vehicle owner(s). The resort is not responsible for any damage to vehicles parked on its grounds caused by third parties or force majeure, e.g., wind, storm, fire, power surges. One parking space is included in the price of the stay. An additional parking space incurs a cost of 25 PLN per day. The stay of children and youth under 18 is permitted only under the care of adults, who take full responsibility for their actions as guardians or parents, as well as for all consequences of those actions and situations occurring on the resort grounds. Children and youth staying at the resort are required to follow all rules and regulations. Accommodation for an additional person in a cottage beyond the number specified in the price list may only occur after prior arrangement with the Reception. The fee for an additional person is 45 PLN per day. Children up to 4 years old are always included in the total occupancy of the cottage. The resort takes no responsibility for any discrepancies caused by reasons beyond its control, e.g., power or water outages, lack of TV signal or Wi-Fi, etc. The resort does not refund any fees for services rendered in the event of resignation from the service being realized. The resort prohibits the use of own electronic and electrical equipment, gas cylinders, grills, or other devices beyond those provided, without the explicit consent of the resort staff. Failure to comply with this prohibition may result in the application of point 21 of the regulations. The use of pyrotechnic materials, firecrackers, sky lanterns, etc., is prohibited on the Resort grounds. Failure to comply may result in the application of point 21 of the regulations. Grilling is prohibited on the wooden terraces of the cottages and outside of designated areas. (Largo Lake Resort does not rent out grills). Mixed waste, trash, and all pollutants must be segregated according to commonly known standards and disposed of in the appropriate bins and containers on the resort grounds. There is a strict ban on smoking tobacco products and their derivatives in any form inside the cottages. Failure to comply may result in the application of point 21 of the regulations. Bonfires may not be lit when a ban is in effect. We accept bonfire reservations. The cost of reserving a bonfire spot with wood and sticks is 300 PLN. Unjustified use of a fire extinguisher will result in being charged for the costs. Commencing a stay at the resort is equivalent to consenting to and accepting all points of the regulations. Regulations for pets at the Resort: Cats are not accepted at Largo Lake Resort. Failure to comply with this rule will result in consequences! Staying at the Resort with pets should be reported at the time of booking. Only healthy animals with a valid health record confirming vaccinations are accepted. The animal must remain under supervision throughout the stay at the resort. Owners are required to provide their own bedding for the pet. Please do not allow pets onto beds or sofas. It is forbidden to use towels, bed linen, or blankets for pet needs. If your pet sheds hair or otherwise soils the furniture, please provide appropriate mats to protect the sofa and beds. All damage caused to the cottage or the property of other guests by the animal will be assessed by the Resort Management, and the costs will be charged to the pet owners. Dogs must be walked on a leash and, if necessary, in a muzzle, under the care of the owner or an authorized person. Owners are required to clean up waste left by the animal on the resort grounds. An animal should not be left alone in the cottage if it disturbs the peace of other guests or may cause property damage. Animals are prohibited from entering children's playgrounds and the beach. The fee for a pet's stay is 20 PLN per day. The Resort also collects a security deposit of 300 PLN for potential damage caused by the animal, which must be paid in cash during check-in at the reception.

Dear Guests! If you notice any malfunctions, please report them to the reception immediately. The deposit is non-refundable. Before leaving the cottage, please: - close all windows and doors. - turn off all appliances such as air conditioning, TV, refrigerator... - take out the trash. - bring the terrace cushions inside. - empty the refrigerators. - call the reception to check the condition of the cottage (tel. +48 691 891 551). Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Exception - events organized by the resort. To obtain trash bags or toilet paper, please visit the reception. From 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, a security guard is available at the reception (if not present, they are on patrol). Tel. +48 691 891 551. One key is provided per cottage; if lost, a fee will be charged. Outside the high season, we charge for electricity and gas. During the summer season, heating in the cottages is not turned on. Please do not park cars on the grass; use only the designated space by the cottage or the general parking lot. Please clean up after your pets. There are stations throughout the resort where you can collect waste bags. Please do not use grills on the wooden terraces. (Largo Lake Resort does not rent out grills). We encourage you to use the water equipment and bicycle rental located by the beach, open during the high season from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Entry cards may not be transferred to third parties. The cottage price includes: parking for 1 car by the cottage, bed linen change after a week's stay, use of the indoor children's playroom, and access to the animation program and concerts. Additional fees: Local tourist tax (2 PLN/person/day), additional (second) car (25 PLN/day), pet stay (20 PLN/day), TV rental (1 PLN per day), water equipment and bicycle rental, meals, fireplace wood (74 PLN/portion), campfire site, additional set of bed linen or towels (40 PLN), sauna, fee for electricity and gas used (in low season 1.30 PLN/kWh), extending your stay until 12:00 PM incurs a 100 PLN surcharge, extending your stay after 12:00 PM incurs a fee of 100% of the daily cottage rate. Smoking in the cottages is strictly prohibited. Collecting wood from the forest is prohibited. We do not accept tourist vouchers. At the LARGO Resort reception, you can pay by card or cash. The reception is open daily during the season from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and in the off-season from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Thank you for reading the regulations.
