- Largo Lake Resort is located within the Wdzydze Landscape Park, inhabited by various species of wild animals, for which Largo Lake Resort bears no responsibility!
- Cats are not allowed at Largo Lake Resort. Failure to comply with this rule will result in consequences!

The resort entrance gate is closed. Entry is only possible with a barrier card issued after full payment for the cottage. This card must not be shared with third parties. The fee for a lost entry card is 100 PLN!

Cottages are rented by the hotel day. The hotel day begins at 5:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM the following day.
After vacating the cottage, you may remain on the resort grounds.*Extending your stay until 12:00 PM involves a surcharge of 100 PLN.*Extending your stay after 12:00 PM involves a fee of 100% of the daily cottage rate.*Extensions are subject to availability and must be pre-arranged with the reception. -
Reservation dates are fixed in advance. Any subsequent changes to arrival or departure dates do not entitle the Guest to a price reduction or any refunds.

A 30% deposit of the total stay value must be paid within 3 days of making the reservation. If payment is not recorded within this period, the reservation will be canceled. Note! The deposit is non-refundable!

Remaining on the resort grounds after 10:00 AM on the final day of your stay requires payment for an additional day and does not guarantee the possibility of extending the stay.

Visitors not checked into the resort may remain on the premises from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM! Exceptions apply to events organized by the resort.

Resort Guests are not permitted to sublet their reserved cottages to third parties without prior arrangement with the resort staff.

Upon arrival, identity verification of the person making the reservation is required at the reception to complete initial formalities. If the deposit payment has not been confirmed, proof of payment for the pre-arranged amount must be presented.

The reserved stay is available to Guests who have previously paid the deposit, confirmed the payment, and settled the remaining balance during arrival formalities.

Additional fees: local tourist tax (transferred to the Karsin Commune account), TV rental - 1 PLN per day, dog fee - 20 PLN per day, extra vehicle - 25 PLN per day, fireplace wood - 74 PLN/portion, bonfire site, extension of stay until 12:00 PM involves a surcharge of 100 PLN, extension after 12:00 PM involves a fee of 100% of the cottage rate. All additional fees are collected upon arrival during initial formalities.

Included in the cottage price are: parking for 1 car at the cottage, bed linen change after a week's stay, use of the indoor children's playroom, and access to animation programs and concerts.

After completing initial formalities, the reception issues one set of keys and one entry card for one car.

When returning the cottage, the Guest reports to the staff, who will inspect the technical condition and equipment of the rooms in the Guest's presence to ensure proper use. The keys are then returned.

Any discrepancies or damages resulting from the use of the cottage must be reported immediately to the resort staff. Remarks made after the stay or on the day of departure will not be considered. In the event of damage noticed by the staff after the Guest's departure, the resort reserves the right to charge for the repairs.

Guests bear full responsibility for any material damage resulting from improper use of facilities and items on the resort grounds, or for lost items belonging to the resort.

Any such damages are settled on-site during the stay, in an amount covering the cost of repair or the replacement of the damaged or lost item. This is based on the inventory card found in each cottage. In the absence of information on the inventory card, the Resort staff will make an individual damage assessment.

Guests must close doors and windows whenever leaving the cottage, as the resort is not responsible for personal belongings or money left inside.

Quiet hours throughout the Resort are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Exceptions apply to pre-announced music events or group gatherings organized by the resort on-site.

Guests behaving inappropriately or vulgarly, or those disturbing the stay of other Guests or using Resort property in an improper manner, may be removed from the Resort after an initial warning without the right to any compensation or refund of previous fees.

Guests are expected to be polite and friendly toward others. Disturbing the peace, such as playing loud music or behaving inappropriately toward other Guests, may lead to the application of point 21.

Accommodation will be refused to persons visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well as to those who are aggressive or vulgar.

The Resort allows visitors only after prior arrangement with the staff and receiving explicit consent. Guests hosting third parties take full responsibility for them in accordance with points 18 and 21 of the regulations.

The resort is dog-friendly, provided that the pet is reported in advance, has a current vaccination record, waste is cleaned up, and the dog is walked outside the resort grounds. Dogs must be kept on a leash and muzzled. Owners bear full responsibility for dogs on the resort grounds in accordance with points 13 and 14 of the regulations. The dog fee is 20 PLN per day.

Guests are required to park their vehicles in the designated spot next to their cottage, not on the lawns.
Responsibility for vehicles parked on the resort grounds rests solely with the owner.
The Resort is not liable for any damage to parked vehicles caused by third parties or
force majeure, e.g., wind, storm, fire, or power surges. One parking space is included in the stay price.
An additional parking space costs 25 PLN/day. -
Children and youth under 18 may stay at the resort only under the supervision of adults, who take full responsibility for their actions and for any consequences or situations occurring on the premises. Minors are required to follow all rules and regulations.

Accommodating more people than specified in the price list may only occur after prior arrangement with the Reception. The fee for an extra person is 45 PLN/day. Children up to 4 years old are always included in the total cottage occupancy.

The resort is not responsible for inconveniences caused by factors beyond its control, such as power or water outages, or loss of TV/Wi-Fi signal, etc.

The resort does not refund any fees for services in the event of resignation from the service during its provision.

The resort prohibits the use of private electronic/electrical equipment, gas cylinders, grills, or other devices beyond those provided, without explicit consent from the staff. Failure to comply may lead to the measures described in point 21.

The use of pyrotechnics, firecrackers, sky lanterns, etc., is prohibited on resort grounds. Failure to comply may lead to the measures described in point 21.

Grilling is prohibited on wooden cottage terraces and outside designated areas. (Largo Lake Resort does not rent out grills).

Mixed waste and all refuse should be sorted according to standard recycling norms and disposed of in the appropriate bins and containers on the resort grounds.

Smoking of tobacco products and their derivatives in any form is strictly prohibited inside the cottages. Failure to comply may lead to the measures described in point 21.

Bonfires may not be lit when a prohibition is in effect. We accept bonfire reservations. The cost for a bonfire site reservation including wood and sticks is 300 PLN.

Unjustified use of a fire extinguisher will result in being charged for the costs incurred.

Starting your stay at the resort is equivalent to consenting to and accepting all points of these regulations.
Regulations for Pets at the Resort:
- Stays with pets must be reported at the time of reservation.
- Only healthy animals with a current health record book confirming vaccinations are admitted to the Resort.
- The pet must remain under supervision throughout the entire stay at the resort.
- Owners are required to provide their own pet bedding.
- Please do not allow pets on beds or sofas. It is forbidden to use resort towels, bed linen, or blankets for pet needs.
- If your pet sheds or soils furniture, please provide appropriate mats to protect sofas and beds.
- All damage to the cottage or other guests' property caused by a pet will be appraised by the Resort Management, and the costs will be charged to the pet owners.
- Dogs must be walked on a leash and, if necessary, muzzled, under the care of the owner or an authorized person.
- Owners are required to clean up waste left by their pets on the resort grounds.
- Pets should not be left alone in the cottage if they disturb other guests or might cause property damage during that time.
- Pets are not allowed on children's playgrounds or the beach.
- The pet fee is 20 PLN per day.
- The Resort additionally collects a 300 PLN deposit for potential pet damage, which must be paid in cash during check-in at the reception.
